USM Procurement Policies and Procedures
Pursuant to Chapter 515 of the Laws of 1999, Higher Education-Â鶹´«Ã½-Coordination, Governance and effective July 1, 1999, the Board of Regents of the Â鶹´«Ã½ approved on December 3, 1999, procurement policies and procedures for the governance of procurements by the Â鶹´«Ã½.
