USM Schools Named 芒鈧�艙Best Values in Public Colleges芒鈧�聺 by Kiplinger芒鈧�鈩�s Personal Finance

Adelphi, Md. (Jan. 4, 2011) -- Kiplinger's Personal Finance magazine has named several 麻豆传媒 (USM) institutions to its list of "100 Best Values in Public Colleges" for 2011.

The USM schools honored are the University of Maryland, College Park (UMCP), Salisbury University, Towson University, and the University of Maryland, Baltimore County (UMBC).

UMCP ranked 5^th on the 2011 list, moving from 8th^th in 2010 and 9^th in 2009.

"Virtually all of the schools we list raised their price in 2010-11, but the University of Maryland, which maintained a tuition freeze for four straight years, kept this year's total increase to less than $600," the magazine reports. "The first-class flagship continues its march up our rankings..."

The magazine ranked Salisbury University 60^th on its list, Towson University 78^th and UMBC 91^st.
