The purpose of this convening is to bring together ATAC, CPFD, and the CAI Faculty Fellows to discuss how student success initiatives can be developed, sustained, and expanded by making creative use of available resources. Participants will explore academic affairs鈥� role in student success, brainstorm near- and long-term strategies for ensuring sustainable and scalable change, and discuss ways in which Center for Academic Innovation can help.
